Chanel launches Coco Noir, a new oriental fragrance for women in August 2012.  The perfume created by Jacques Polge includes top notes of bergamot and grapefruit, heart notes of rose, jasmine, narcissus, and rose geranium, and a dry down of patchouli, sandalwood, vanilla, tonka bean, frankincense, and white musk. The fragrance "reveals a black that is intimate, seductive, and intensely brilliant."

The classic Chanel bottle in black glass and gold letter was used for the Chanel Coco Noir perfume.  Available in 1.7oz. and 3.4oz. eau de parfum spray at Nordstrom and Macy's.

Donna Karan New York launched Woman perfume, a new woody floral musk fragrance for women in August 2012.  The scent created by IFF perfume Anne Flipo includes notes of orange flower, Haitian vetiver, and sandalwood is a "fragrance created for women, by women." 

The beautiful bottle of Donna Karan Woman perfume, created by Zaha Hadid, exudes femininity, sensuality, and balance. Lancome La Vie Est Belle perfume - NEW

La Vie Est Belle by Lancome Perfume

Lancome has launched the first iris gourmand fragrance for woman, La Vie Est Belle "life is beautiful" in August 2012.  The perfume, created by Olivier Polge, Dominique Ropion and Anne Flipo includes note of iris, patchouli, and a gourmand blend.

The Lancome La Vie Est Belle perfume bottle was a redesigned version of the classic 1949 Lancome "smile" bottle, a square glass bottle housing a "drop of fragrance." Lancome commissioned Catherine Krunas for the job, she created Fendi's Life Essence perfume bottle in the late 1990s.  Actress Julia Roberts stars as the face of the fragrance campaign. The fragrance is available in 1oz., 1.7oz., and 2.5oz. eau de parfum spray, and matching body products at Macy's.

Marc Jacobs Dot Perfume - New for women

Marc Jacobs has launched DOT, a new fruity floral fragrance for women, launched in July 2012.  With notes of red berries, jasmine and driftwood, Dot perfume carries a "lush, effervescent, floral scent."  Created by perfumers Annie Buzantian and Ann Gottlieb, the top notes include red berries and dragonfruit, the heart notes are jasmine, honeysuckle, and orange blossom, and base notes include driftwood, coconut water, vanilla, and musk. 

The Marc Jacobs Dot bottle, inspired by polka dots, is red and black with an elaborate cap, think ladybugs and butterflies. Available at Sephora and Macy's in 1.7oz. and 3.4oz. eau de parfum spray and matching shower gel.

Jessica Simpson, singer, actress, fashion designer, and TV personality launched Vintage Bloom, in July 2012.  The floral fragrance, created by perfumer Stephanie Hakes, includes top notes of lemon, lime zest, heart notes of raspberry blossom, peony, and base notes of musk and sandalwood.

The beautiful vintage inspired bottle was designed by Lance McGregor of Paul Myer and Friends.

Paris Hilton launched Dazzle Perfume

Paris Hilton Dazzle Eau de Parfum

Paris Hilton launched her latest celebrity perfume, DAZZLE, in June 2012.  The fruity floral fragrances, created by perfumer Frank Voelkl, includes top notes of Pink Lady apple, Maraschino cherry, peach nectar, heart notes of violet petals, pink calypso orchid, orange blossom, and a dry down notes of whipped vanilla, white patchouli, and crystalized musk.

The round pink faceted bottle was created by Henry de Monclin, and resembles a pink diamond.

Paris Hilton Dazzle is available at Macy's in 50ml and 100ml eau de parfum, and matching body lotion.
